I called, and they said I had a FA on my reports, would not disclose which CB.
I HAD a FA on my CR's, and I called before I called them to double check, none listed on all 3.
I'm wondering...does commenity SP you every now and then, and go by that report? I'm wondering if maybe they "update it" every so often, and if the update shows a FA, the system won't work until the next "update".

Card needs to be open 9 months.
I doubt if it don't work online, it will work on the phone.

there have been tons of threads that the online button stopped working for many accounts but the automated system was spitting out increases.
Express, Victoria Secret are usually 2 that practically REQUIRE in stone 9 months before the first CLI and then every 4-6 i think.
Automated system does not give a CLI option.

victoria secret would be the only Comenity backed card that can't do automated phone cli that i have heard of to date if that is the case
you are not waiting to hear press #5 for CLI
when it says what are you calling for today just say "CREDIT LINE INCREASE"

it says "sure i can help you with that"
then will verify you and on with the rest of the directions i gave of how to do it.
Do you have to call from the number listed on your account? When I press 1, then 1, it just dials and says "your call may be monitored or recorded"
