I have the Drury and DW has the Special Connections.
Toggle works on both and with our Chase checking account. A Commerce checking is not needed.

You can regulate which types of charges or all get “Toggled” on.
I only use it for the coffee of the month.
I turn toggle on, buy coffee, and then toggle off when the debit comes out
