You might have to wait until Mon since it's the weekend?
I just got off the phone with Chase Recon. Was approved for 2k. Had to recon due to only having my CSP since May and my Business Ink card since June. The CSR confirmed that the program was discontinued, but since I had originally apped on Friday the 9th, I should still qualify for the exclusives program.
I do not currently have a checking account with Chase, but she said that all I had to do was go into a branch, open one and I would still get the 10 and 10 program. She said to have the bank rep look into the notes and see that my freedom card was apped on the 9th. Can anyone else confirm this?
Thanks,
JK
Ducked in under the wire! $400 CL...could be better, but worth it to have the Exclusives benefits. Considering I knew it was not a wisely timed application, I'm quite pleased.
Now that I have cards with the 2 creditors I'm most interested in growing with - Chase, and AmEx - it is time for some hardcore gardening to grow what I've got.
Pass the fertilizer!

I thought the lowest limit was $500 lol. Congrats though!
I can't confirm it, but if she is right---wow, that would mean that anyone holding a Chase product prior to the 9th could do likewise--find a Chase bank at our convenience, and be a part of this 10-10/swipe program. I had despaired because I live in MO, and we have no Chase banks here, or at least none that I could get to before the cut-off date.
Yes, if anyone else can confirm this, that would be great. I got a Freedom (or rather a PC to a Freedom) just recently but don't yet have a checking account with Chase. I don't want to get one unless I can take advantage of the 10/10 program.

maybe this whole discontinuing rumor is a conspiracy to get more people to apply for a freedom card or create a checking account so chase has more money to their name.
