Confused over score!

TU score says 631 but was denied CC from GECB bank based on a 408 score??? I don't understand how we are seeing two different things.

Is that TU score from here? I suspect either a FAKO or an enhanced FICO. There are dozens of scoring models and it can sometimes be hard to tell which model was used.

Welcome to the forum

On the letter you received if it didn't state fico then it was an internal score with GE

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Then like said above it is likely a GE scoring model. Did it happen to say the range the score could be?

Which score are you talking about the score from here is a true fico however there are also other models?

If you saw the 408 score on the letter this is the score we are talking about

The email just said denied due to a low score 408 didn't even offer the store card eeeek.

I have the score watch from myfico and my TU is 631 checked today. It shows the enquiry from them too.
