What does mass contact mean? I wouldn't resort to sending harassing e-mails and such. You can cancel your card and not do business with them.

I've called backdoor and was treated pretty crappy so I'm looking to mass contact cap one. If you know emails, addresses or anything let me know will greatly help
What were you looking for at the CrapOne backdoor and why do you feel they treated you badly?
Got it. I think you mean you want lots of people to be vocal about what they don't like about Capital One. Which can be a good way to get them to change. When I first rad mass contactl, I was thinking you were going to start e-mail bombing them which I think would be a bad idea and could get you in trouble.
I have 3 cards with Capital One and recenty called the back door phone number. I spoke with an account manager and she was great. She couldn't get me a CLI but was able to offer some great advice and I found out 2 of my cards are already on a step program to have a CLI on the 7th month.
What were you trying to accomplish when calling the backdoor number?

Go to this site to get Capital One contact info. If you know the person's name, follow the email format provided. Good luck!

I have nothing but good things to say when I called the backdoor number listed on here for an account specialist. It took me 3 or 4 times, but they eventually removed several lates on my account. They were always polite, as was I even when they said no to my requests.
I am sorry to ask, but how were they impolite to you? Was it because they said no to your request, or were they just mean from the start? I only ask because I have never had an impolite customer service experience from any of my calls into credit card companies (probably have called 500 times in all to several companies). I always have called them "sir" or "ma'am" and I thank them for their help.
Please do not take it as me picking on you, but I am just curious. I have read on here at least 100 times about people having very rude experiences. I just wonder why any representative would become hostile if they are treated with respect and courtesy.

I walls calling to see what I could do about some latest on my report, and while I was usually treated great the rep repeatedly called me a liar and cut me off. by the end I was confused and not sure what was going on so I thought sending a few letters and emails for yhe latest might help as they are my only neg info on my report.
So were you lying? Cryptic posts without full details makes it difficult to believe the poster.
In any event, even if you were lying, the CSR should not have acted rudely. I would write a letter to the CEO of CrapOne and state your case -- giving ALL the details. Sending a bunch of letters or e-mails will only make you look like a crackpot.
