If they offerd the PC it will not be a HP. I changed my old AT&T Universal Card to Thankyou Preferred, no HP. Then, last year they sent me an offer to upgrade to Thankyou Premier fee free for the first year; again no HP. My account number has changed and yours should too. My AT&T BIN (the first 6 digits of a card) was 539882; when changed to Thankyou Preferred it was changed to their standard 542418 BIN and upon the upgrade to Premier the account number again changed to 546616 (World/World Elite BIN). The DC is usually a World Elite yet it maintains Citibanks standard 542418 BIN.

Anyway, you should not see a HP but you most likely will have a new account number if your AT&T started with 5398/5396 or 5491. Online it will show your current AT&T card, then you will see a note about how they have sent a new card and when you activate it, the old card will close and then you can remove it from online account management.

CO_NATIVE did all this changing to a new Citi World Elite MasterCard yield a "revovling credit line" (flexible spending) spending limit? It has been reported that 542479 will bring a "Revolving Credit Limit" but not the 542418 which is a fixed credit limit. My Citi Dividend World Elite MasterCard is 546616 and has the revolving credit limit.

Yes it did. Both my Dividend World Elite and my Thankyou Premeir World Elite report as "Flexible Spending account."  They both have the 546616 BIN and were upgraded from existing platinum level cards.

Re: Conversion offer - Citi DC card

Just an update :

No news on the conversion - no HP, no notes on the account changing or emails in regards to anything is moving forward.

Thanks for the insights - I get the card and number changes but feel a little weird I didnt get an email saying it was in process.
