idk if you can transfer it to another card but even if you can then you need to have that TE card open for 13 statements and the card you're transferring to needs to be open one month.
someone with more experience will tell you if you can transfer your credit limit from a partner card to a regular.
AFAIK, you can reallocate from any Centurion backed revolver to any other revolver, so long as the donor card has passed 13 statements and the receiver card is older than 61 days. You can move all but $500. If AMEX is selling the portfolio, my plan is to reallocate my CL from TE to my BCE and close TE once I've redeemed the final rewards. I then plan on cancelling my Costco membership and requesting a refund. I honestly can't stand their crowds in-store and at the pump.
Only thing I really used my TE card for was gas, it was my highest percent back (3%) until earlier this month when I got my BoA card that also gets 3%. Already have other AMEX cards and plenty of VISAs, not sure I need anything here... I may just transfer my CL to my BCE and call it a day.
Also not a fan of the cash back once per year only redeemable at Costco method... Just give me cash back.

I've had TE (backdated to 1987) and BCP (from after backdating). DH got a Plat and I'm considering switching over to MR from cashback. I chatted and asked about PC to EDP from BCP and was told no. Does a card need to be 13 months to PC or just to donate CL to another card. I figure either the CSR was just flat wrong or the 13 month thing is why they said no. I'm deciding whether DH should apply for an EDP on the same HP as the Plat today or we should PC my BCP or wait and do it at the end of the TE time.

It has to be 13 months I believe to PC, but you can't PC from a MR card to a Cash back or vice-versa card I believe. Someone else can correct me if I am wrong, but this is what I have heard/read.
