So the AmEx Costco has the exact same CLI policies (61 days, then every six months)? My friend with a Costco AmEx said it's different.

Yup, same standard policy.  They also do auto CLIs but that's not so common.  Just remember it's the 3x rule.  181 days for a CLI is the technical answer.

How come have to be less than 25,000? May I ask for 30,000?
