Sounds like Costco really wants to start working to keep customers with them so what should we product change too!?
I figure once the new card launches just apply again and get a new one... they will probably be pushing it like mad crazy when it launches.
We already use Fidelity at Costco so the Costco Amex isn't needed at all so thinking maybe SPG or something just not sure it's worth it without bonus... maybe just move the CL's to other cards and close out.
Other peoples thoughts?

I'm gonna wait it out and see if they come up with a decent product to PC. I don't believe you can PC the card to anything else just yet. Otherwise, if the "new" product is not that stellar when introduced I will just reallocate the CL to one of my other revolvers.
Where???? I'm getting a BCE soon and a $200 from 1k spend would be amazing!

I may be feeling too disgruntled, but IMHO if Amex was as interested in retaining its Costco TE customers as it says it is, it would be beginning to take more concrete steps to keep us in the loop and tell us about specific plans.
I'm tired of getting meaningless, contentless emails from them telling me how eager they are to keep my business, but in the meantime, until they come up with some unspecific something on some unspecified terms, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep using my TE card like normal.

@B335,
It won't be capital one, that is Canada. Citi is taking over the U.S TE accounts.
My bad. So the cards are just being transferred to Citi? I still find it hard to believe everyone would have to reapply for their Costco TE card just because of the change from Amex.
