Damn this thread is old!!!!

I would LOVE to have the debt I had then compared to now!!! $#%^ i'd rep that Creit One card all day and trade all of my others away!

Lord have mercy....what a rookie mistake I made by NOT looking at the original date!!!  I noticed lately a lot of old threads getting resurrected from the dead.

I just closed their card. 

It had a 500 limit an AF and there were fees for every single other thing as well.

High APR.

They are not as bad as FP but still pretty bad. 

Better off with Cap 1 imo

I didnt see the date at first! I was about to post "NO, DONT DO IT LS!" because I know your credit is better than this now, but then I got to thinking, "he knows better than that." lol

It's SO funny that this thread just popped up. My husband got a preapproval for this card in the mail today and I immediately come on here to search what it was all about! Before I even opened the envelope, I just say "preapproved visa platinum" blah blah blah. And I thought HOW the heck is HE getting preapprovals and I am not?! Well I opened it and saw what it was. I am not too familiar with Credit One, other than he got another preapproval from them last month for an auto loan. I called the number on the card and I think it was defective or something! After the automated system told me to enter my "pin" a hundred times and not accepting it, I just gave up. Glad I did!

LOL, I know!!! I thought he lost his mind...or it was a joke, but then I saw the date and felt relieved (and quickly edited my response..lol).
