PIF for sure has anyone here lost a zero percent offer even though they paid in full with low utilitzation and the bank reversed the terms? and started charging interest? I always keep my eye on this. 
as for Credit One Bank their offerings are not good all kinds of fee's just to own a card IMO no new person should go for this card starting out why be punished for trying to build credit I for one never accepted the offer when I first started out.
