Even if they are not used do they still report to the CRA every month as good? Or do I have to actually use them each for small purchases So they report a payment every month? I want to use some heavy every month. The others I don't much care about I just want the reporting and use them every so often.
Depends on the card/bank. Some store cards don't report if there's no activity on them at all. Bank cards normally always report even when there's $0 balance.
