Thanks for the input everyone! Next question...should I use my current address or the new address? I've heard CC company's will not forward to new addresses. Will this cause issues in getting my new cards or do I simply call the companies and let them know after a week or so? Another option is that I could use my parents address which still shows on my credit report.

That's a great question, as I was gonna ask the same thing.  I haven't changed addresses yet, but was thinking of the effects of moving to different state and if I apply for card or loan shortly after I move.  I hope someone knows that answer.
