Howdy, howdy boys and girls.
The BT shuffle goes on... nearly a year application free.... lowest Fico 8 score is now 773, I expect a small bump over the next four to six weeks. By the first of July, I'll be ready to apply for the next cards.
In order, I'm thinking of US Bank State Farm Visa, Citi Simplicity, Bank of Americard... 15 months, 21 months, and 18 month BT offers.
Any more come to mind?
I've got a few offers expiring in the Fall, so I'm looking for new cards to roll them over to.
Chase is not an option. ( lol / 24) Discover is not an option. (I already have two)
Do keep in mind Balance Transfer Fees as they can be hefty. There are some no BT fee offers but, unfortunately, their 0% APR term is usually shorter. 12 months is common. The Union Bank Plat was a nice balance with no BTF and 0% for 15 months but I think they closed it to new applicants. Good luck.
BOA BankAmericard
0% Intro APR† for your first 21 billing cycles for purchases, and for any balance transfers made within the first 60 days of opening your account. After the intro APR offer ends, a Variable APR that's currently 15.74% to 25.74% will apply. A 3% fee applies to all balance transfers.
FNBO is always sending BT checks along with PNC and Penfed . They always have some running . Also BMO send me offers (no checks) though .
I am a fan of being able to use the card after a BT offer, so Citi is pretty good because a Simplicity can PC to a better card.
I would make sure that the creditor will also give you a limit that you need.

Historically some folks have had a difficult time getting a PC on a Simplicity, so often it's recommended to go for the Diamond Preferred instead (the BT offer is usually the same). It's easy-peasy to get a PC on a Diamond Preferred.
Recent data points are always welcome; it's very possible the info on Simplicity PCs being difficult is outdated. This stuff can change quickly...
Sort of on topic....Citi Diamonds and Citi American Airlines BT offer of 0% APR.
Rather than doing a balance transfer online and waiting 7 days for the account to be paid off, I opted to fill out the BT checks and deposit them into my checking account. Big mistake.
Apparently, as a customer of 28 years at Wells Fargo, they suddenly suspected "fraud" or suspicious activity on my account and according to them, it's not their fault. Any deposit over $5,525.00 is now subject to "review" regardless of who you are. I was told by the "Wells Fargo Chief Verification Inspector" this morning that all of this is due to government regulations to cut down on suspected fraud.
I think citi has to be first, right? They don't like inquiries on credit reports.
WF Reflect is 21 months on purchases and BT.
Reflect Visa® Credit Card With 0% Intro APR | Wells Fargo
I recently got the Bank Americard for the same 21 months as I am probably at my max exposure with WF.
Thanks all.
Union Bank is being purchased by US Bank...which is already on my list.
FNBO is offering me BTs on one of my two accounts.... the one that already has a zero percent BT on it... no offers for the other account.
PNC hasn't offered me a BT since the initial one at account opening, but I AM preapproved for a second card if I want it. Meh.
US Bank doesn't like new accounts, so they'll be first on my application list.
I've already got WF Reflect. It's my newest account at 11 months old. I might go for a Cash Wise later this year... need to let the Reflect get to 15 months old before I apply.
Thanks for the thoughts, and keep them coming!
