First off I just want to say you all are amazing! I wish I learn this stuff when I was 18. I am learning so much on this site to App Spree/Shopping Cart Trick/keeping Utilization to 10% all this is amazing. I wanted to get a credit union account because I hear they are real good with credit cards and their increase. I wanted to do DCU since many foruns suggested it, but will it be better to do my local credit union? Can I have both? DCU and Local Credit Union? What do you guys think? I am building my credit now, so in the process I can establish a realtionship with a credit union in my area. All your suggestions will be considered, I am in Awe with all tthis information, My future THANKS YOU ALL!!

Why not do both if you have the money for it?
DCU has many great reviews on this site, from credit cards and especially auto loans and mortgages. I just have the checking and savings with the minimum requirements strictly for my free EQ FICO score, but they could be a great bank to switch my checking to for their free checking (no monthly maintenance fees).
I also have a local credit union account called Greater Alliance Federal Credit Union. No credit cards, but decent rates for auto. They mostly push personal and payday loans, which is meh for me. But regardless, having credit unions at your fingertips now could lead to great rates for that emergency auto loan, or maybe bumping your house buying process up a year or two earlier than expected!
