For those that don't have it, try this:

• Log in to discover.com
• In the search bar in the upper right, type the word "double". Hit enter.
• For me, it showed one search result, "Halloween Celebration", click where it says ""Halloween Celebration".
• It should take you to the current double promotion.
• Hit sign up.

I'm not sure if this will work for everybody, but the offer wasn't immediately there for me, but doing this worked for me and I was able to sign up.
