Did you get the cash back version or without?
Cash back. After the intro APR it goes to a modest 11.99% - which will be my lowest.
So the massive attraction of this card is the high CL that most are getting? I still don't get this logic!
Aren't the rewards of this card pretty vanilla (2% gas and groceries) and $50 signup?
What is the real value of a high CL vs good rewards/sign-up bonus.

What works for you may not work for the next person
I haven't found many (open) CU cards to offer spectacular rewards, but in my case:
1) Only CU to offer me a revolving line.
2) Second highest limit aside from Amazon Store card.
3) Low APR, should I need it in the future.

Excellent answer. Every card has its purpose and Duck/Beaver definitely have their purpose.
Since my CRs still need a lot of scrubbing, Duck/Beaver won't be able to serve their purpose for me yet. :-(

Regardless , you should be approved with no problem at all!
You are correct. I unfreeze my EQ and App'd.
I will post the approval information the correct section.

Sorry, I remain a little unconvinced still. There is NO way (in my always correct opinion) that many of the people jumping on the Duck/Beaver bandwagon here have done due diligence and asked "Is this the "best" card I can get at present?" where best depends on their goals, spend, credit situation etc. So not really "a purpose" as much as peer pressure/group think/heady excitement. It's not like the CSP where the sign-up bonus justifies it even for those for whom the card has no matching features at all.
As people go throught their "credit journey" many of us have apped for cards that a few years later, you wonder why you got them at all. Sometimes you only app for the large CL so you can help out utilization, sometimes 'just because' it will give you a larger CL than you presently have, and sometimes, just because you will get approved (for me Jared, Dillard's AMEX, Nordstrom Visa Siggy, and Cabela's Visa come to mind). If I was looking for a card now, I likely would not have apped for any of those but at the time, I was growing my credit so I apped. One thing I have learned from reading the forums, is that people have many reasons for applying for the cards that they do, and just because I wouldn't do it doesn't make it my business to judge.
For me, I was just looking for somewhere with a higher CL to park a balance for a few months and pay it off. Although I have other cards I could have used, I opted for this one, plus you never know when you may need a lower rate card. (I opted for the lower rate vs. the cash back).

And that is fine. But, the value of a forum also lies in raising questions, such as "Is card X a wise choice for you?" as that can really help others in similar situations make more informed decisions. We could all be ultra-supportive and say "Congrats" to every card, even if it is obvious the fit is bad or that there is card that is better in every way but that doesn't really help anyone.
So not judging so much as Socratic dialog, as in "What the *** did you think you were doing when you applied for that card? Are you brain-dead or something?" Oh, maybe that is nearing the judging end.
