Do yourself a favor and don't buy Alienware lol. Buy the best XPS you can possibly build or go elsewhere for "gaming" if that's your intention. MSI and Asus make dominant mobile gaming solutions at a better value. Alienware will forever be the "new money" brand. "Yeah I'll take the most expensive laptop you have.."
Is there any incentive to sign up for a card through them ?
Other than the interest free for x months, I doubt it. Aside from generous credit lines to help your overall available credit.

Yeh thats what i figured, hmm
I always tend to buy their computers but learned years ago to avoid their customer service. With that said, Black Friday deals are a different ballgame. Remember when Best Buy oversold their products last year? Hopefully it'll work out for you!
i tried today again to cancel and still got nowhere......i guess ill just wait till it comes. Oh and by the way every customer service person i talked to (10) had a east indian accent hmmmm.
It's no secret that Dell saves money on it's customer service call centers.
