I'm not exactly sure what you mean when you say. **I don't know if it's for here**
The first link shows the Delta SkyMiles Options Credit Card, and over to the left of the page it says (U.S. Only)
And the second link you provided, gives me an error on AmEx's website, it says our system is not responding at this time etc......

OMG! Am I seeing right? Does this version have no Annual Fee???
Yep - looks like no fee to me.
States No Annual Fee right on the page. Bonus miles are low though and I did not see any "free first bag" information.

If my inquiries weren't so crazy right now...I would be on it. I have 4 on EX and at least 8 on EQ. I know Amex pulls EX or both, so I'm screwed.
I never saw Delta Skymiles Credit has no annual fee. It was tempting to apply but ... I don't fly Delta. I haven't flied Delta since 80s. I already to enough Amex cards. Let someone to apply for the card. I'm sure it is a good card to have.
