The letter says, "we are unable to approve your request at the time;
Bankruptcy (9.5 years old when I was 19 and stupid)
Collection or charge off
fico score 660
key factos that affected my score:
serious deliuquency or public record or collection filed
loan balences to loan amount to high (I am repaying student loans)
lenght of time accounts have been established
Too many inquires last 12 months
It says if I have any questions I may contact a credit analsy. My odds of reconing this would be slim to none right? Wait till bk falls off and I take care of collections is the obvious answer but man I just cant accept it lol. Thanks for the help.
By any chance, was Discover IIB or one of the collection/COs.
In any case, any recon that doesn't result in another HP is worth doing. Good luck!

Discover was not included. I need to try and get a pay for delete. One collection for 700 and other for 900 from 2 300 limit cards.
I doubt id have any luck until then. Thanks for the help and yes i agree the collections are the problem i bet.
So you have a double whammy. The OC reported their accounts as COs and then sold them out to collections, which are also reporting. Four baddies can be hard to dilute. It sounds like you have picked up some ideas from the "Rebuilding" forum at least. I'd keep up your efforts in cleaning those CRs.
