Update:
Sunday morning ... (after being turned down by the voice system yesterday), I called the GE number on the "backdoor" thread (866-519-6441) and told them I want to up my CL from $600 to $3000 after 9 months of accouting opening. They asked for my income and gave me a new line of $1200.
I mentioned that I have Banana and Paypal which is GE backed, and wanted her to look at them as well now that she has the report handy. She said she cannot do that and I have to call them separately.
When I called the number, she picked up the phone right away without any rings, so I freaked out a bit
