Hmph. I'm quickly reaching a frustrating point.
All three CR's are clean, NO baddies. High util and lots of inq's tho.
TU is 640, EX is 670, EQ 655.
I want "bigger and better" cards, but I know that IF I get approved, I'll just get more toy limit cards and that won't help me.
I believe that what I really need to do is nothing...reduce util and let inq's fall off...but it's awfully hard to do nothing while I feel like I should be doing something...

I know that it's hard to sit back and wait, I really do. But your goal is bigger and better cards WITHOUT toy limits, and you don't believe that this is likely to happen right now. You've listed a good number of cards, so you have plenty of opportunity to develop history with them. For now, you'd be best served by focusing on bringing your util down -- make that your immediate, short term goal. This will give you something positive on which to focus while you garden your cards. It seems to me that you need nothing further at this point other than time, and that's something that simply can't be rushed. Hang in there!
+1
Sheesh. CALM DOWN. You know the answer, and you really need to sit on your hands. You aren't going to accomplish anything credit wise that's any better than what you already have unless you wait a while - like at least a year if not more - and let your scores grow. Your scores have to be higher to break out of the same viscious circle you are currently in. Think strategically, not tactically, and when I say thinking strategically, think 10 years from now.
Wow that is some high UTL, I'm sitting here with 34,280 reported CL with a reported UTL of 20% and I think its way too high, paid off $2k of debt on friday, Waiting for the next 7 days for a good part what I paid to report lower so it iwll go down about 4% and I will be happy missed reporting date of 2 cards by a day, paid them off, Itching to request my CLI on my chase freedom card had it about 6 months, 3k limit want them to match my 2 highest limits of 6k, 7.5k would be absolutely awesome. Actual UTL based on balances is at 13%, Chase freedom has a balance of $56 currently, waiting for reward point credit of $59 to post. Thursday I had about 11 cards with balances, will be down to 5 cards with a balance.
TU fico at 685 with 21% UTL showing AAoA 13 months.
