Discover has always had a $1,500 quarter cap, so that's not new. What might be new is that Q2-Q4 have TBD caps.

Thank you! This is fantastic news for me. I'm going to Disney in May and had my fingers crossed that the Dining cat would fall between April-June. I'm going to be spending close to $1,200 on food alone
