I've seen it. I suppose it is convenient to have on your keys, but it looks like a pain in the ARSE to use. If you are visiting a store or restaurant where you need to give them the card to swipe, you either have to take the little thing off the key chain or hand them over the whole key chain (I would probably carry the full sized plate as well). Also I don't think it works in machines that are like ATMs or train station/subway station ticket booths, where the entire card must be inserted.
