Do you think this would work on rent payments? My mom's apartment complex takes rental payments online and does not charge a fee. 5% cashback on $1700 rent would be nice for a few months

Last December I paid for ebay seller fees using my discover card, and I was surprised to see the fees counted as an online purchase.

Aww man, last year I used the card for travel and government stuff, and got a nice cashback with it. But still, it's a great category to have!
