All discover secured cards come with the Chrome rewards structure. You can change it after you receive the card but there’s no way to select the 5% card during the app unless they changed it recently
Sorry, been so long I don't remember if there was a choice, but when I got my email, it said it was a student chrome. When I called, they told me it was a regular chrome and to call back to change it to the 5% rotating.
