+1 Call the backdoor number here in the sticky and "ask" them, if they need any more information. Most likely they will approve you during the call and give you the CL.

If my memory serves correct...... I did not call when I got this message.  They called me after 2 days. 

I had a discover card in 2000, and closed it.  The only question they asked was why I closed the card.  I said interest, the CSR apologized they did lower it, and boom 13K credit limit.
