Discover It Luv Button

My Discover It Luv button just appeared. Should I go for it or will it for sure be a hard pull? I received an auto CLI 3 months after the card was open bringing it from $2000 to $2500.

My balance is around $290. I just paid off this statement balance of $398.66.

The only balances I have on my other cards are:

This is what is says;

Requesting an increase to your credit line is easy. Tell us the amount you would like your credit line to increase by and provide some of your employment and financial information to help us with our decision.  This request may also require us to pull a credit bureau report, which may affect your credit score.

So, if I put the information in as requested it will tell me for sure if it a HP on the next screen if not auto approved or a counter offer given ?

I tried for an increase of $3000 and it said it needed to pull my credit. Tried for $2000 and same message. Tried again, got the request is already in progress.

Call in to cancel request.

Talked on chat and was told that it probably wants to pull my credit since I received an auto three months after account opening in March of 2013.

Eh.

I've always requested my Discover CLI's through an agent b/c they will specifically tell you after they gather your information if there is going to be a HP or not, I've only tried on the web site a couple of times and get the HP message, but I know others who have been given CLI's wo the HP.
