Discover Miles Question

Will my discover miles account shout up on the same page as my discover it card? They said I would receive the card in 5-7 days, do I have to add the card or go to a different site?

I believe you will have two logins with no way to merge the accounts. Which is strange bc my checking account was automatically linked to my Discover it so not sure why they cant or wont link two credit cards. But based on previous threads about this I think you'll end up with two accounts.
