Which CB a creditor "primarily" checks really depends on the region. I'm in Texas and Chase checked primarily EQ for me and DH. When I apped for 3 card with Chase, they checked EQ and EX.

Just because they don't have any offers doesn't mean that you will not get approved. I never have any offers for any of the companies and still always get approved. You're looking too much into this and that tool something to use to see if you will get approved or declined.

I was concerned that they said they couldn't FIND me, not that I didn't get any offers.

I don't think there's a discernible difference between the "not found" vs "no offers." The idea being - no offers bc you're not found. In any case, I wouldn't worry too much over it.

I think it basically means same thing. I got not found with cap one, even though i have an secured card with them :-(
