Discover Secured Good Indicator??

So checking my credit reports it looks like this month alone Discover has SP'd my report 3 times! My 7th statement cuts next month with them and my scores are now 670+ FICO across the board which is considered "Good"!

Here's what it showed as Inquiry dates:
02/19/2017

I'd say that's a bit odd as well.  I guess we'll find out next month for sure.  They might just be messing with you by tapping on the glass Smiley Happy

Re: Discover Secured Good Indicator??

Oh I was just checking for errors and came across it. But it seems to me they're desperate to unsecure me! (I hope).

I just saw someone here post at 7 months they unsecured with 640 so I'm thinking 675 is great Smiley Happy

Score isn't everything with Disco though if you haven't seen that around here before.  Though a 675 is a step in the right direction.  They'll be looking at your overall profile both internally and externally to determine if they want to flip the switch.  They seem to convert when you're not looking though Smiley Happy

Re: Discover Secured Good Indicator??

Hmm well my only baddies are 1 CO from 2011 and the subsequent collection from that charge off the company outright refuses to do a PFD so I'm just going to let it fall off I'm eligible for EE as of 2/18 so less than a year Smiley Happy I can wait a little bit plus I'll be in 700's soon anyways even with that! Other than that pretty good profile!

Re: Discover Secured Good Indicator??

I don't understand these collections agencies they have no power now whatsoever they can't file against me, they can't do anything because I've been out of SOL for 3 years now the only thing they can do is keep reporting but in less than a year that won't even work if I were them I'd be happy to do a 50% PFD take what I can and run you know?
