Did you activate it? Maybe because some members boxes are being stolen there is a freeze or fraud alert or something?

Talked with CSR. They never activated my card. Then she alluded to fact that I may not had actually called in earlier today to activate it as their system doesn't show I called.

Really, you are going to say I'm lying about the fact of whether I called this morning to activate the card? Not a great way to start Discover.

I got my IT today, shipped overnight.

BUT the texture is not same as the photo on the their website, was thinking it is as smooth as metal without horizontal lines.

It is a little thicker than my previous black glow more card. I think it is thicker than the More period. Though, I wish it was metal.....hahaha

imo even the box has better texture than the card
