Phone would be the best route for SP CLI. Try automated, but if it's not available the person will be able to tell you whether or not a SP CLI is possible at this time.

I don't think there is a guarantee for sp CLI.no matter what you do. I have had card about nine months and no sp CLI.its all pretty random IMO

Did you try automated CLI? I've had success with trying with it and then if they need more info, I just hang up. You'll know for sure then there is no amount to be gained via SP at this time. (And don't give up on it, you can do this as long as it will allow you to do it each week, month, etc.)

Very true. Continued use of the card will only net you points to getting the SP CLI, though Tomgun.

K, I'd just keep calling on random days, you might find it's available then. Usually when it is, one is either waiting for you or there is a likelihood of getting one soon.
