Discover's version of Amex oasis?

does discover have something similar to the oasis program amex offers? discover closed my account for being 90 days past due. has anyone ever received an offer from discover after paying off their balance or paying it down on time for 12 months?

From what I know, I believe Discover blacklists indefinitely.

In my experience there is a program, but I do not know the details. Call them and ask a CSR about repayment/reinstatement of your account. There may be a special department that handles these matters. DO NOT allow any account to go to an outside CA if you can help it.
