My discover is due 1st, cuts 4th , last score update, 9/27 and 10/28 so next one will be 11/28? why so far out after statement cuts?
Your next score update will be on November 28th. It will be viewable on or about December 5th.
Your score always update two days before the last day of the month. It will be viewable on the first day of your next billing cycle on the 5th of the following month, or sometimes a day or two before.

This is sort of a glass half full glass half empty argument. You're seeing it as the update coming 3-4 weeks after your statement cuts, where someone else could see this as it coming about a week before the statement cuts.
The previous post is correct. Discover will typically pull your TU CR at the end of the month, then sit on that report/score for roughly a week before it's visible on your account after your statement cuts.

Other than that their next update will be on 11/28, the rest is not true
Discover soft pulls 2-5 days prior to the statement cut.
New score is viewable on a day statement cuts (or a day before).
There is no "last day of the month", in this equation. Maybe you're thinking of US bank.
My score was pulled on 11/5. I could see it on 11/10.
Statement date was 11/11.
Right. It's worth noting that while many Discover accounts follow the calendar month in terms of due date and shortly after statement date, not all do.

Mine is like this. My statement always cuts on the 18th. Due date is the 13th. Each month my updated score becomes available on the 18th or 19th, showing that it was pulled on the 12th.
Total CL: $321.7k | UTL: 2% | AAoA: 7.0yrs | Baddies: 0 | Other: Lease, Loan, *No Mortgage, All Inq's from Jun '20 Car Shopping |
so then paying it down 4,000 after due date but before statement cuts will have zero impact on my score they put on the statement and the score they pull for CLI . Since mine will be pulled even before the due date of 12/1. and will be a month behind. TU and EQ havent even updated yet this month on my fico , only EX, so just waiting :-)

That's correct. Score is numerical representation of your report. If the current balance is not reported to CRA yet, it cannot be factored in scoring.
well normally after it cuts its updates on here pretty quick but i figure the 4th was a sunday so of course its going to drag getting up dated on here :-)
