Update...
After filing a Email off to Capital One EO Last Friday i received a Call from them tonight, After about 20 minutes on the Phone, the Very Nice lady Credited my Account to offset the Annual fees for this Year, Upgraded my Cards to a "Silver 1" (which translates to 1.5% Cash back on all purchases) and verified my Information and presented it to Underwriting for a CLI on Both Cards. The Verification process is a Soft Pull and i should know something by Thursday of this week.
