I don't know of any case exactly like this for the S3. I do know they have credit card cases for the S3 but they are more like credit card/ID holders and they are visible. So I would not recommend them as they would clearly be visible.

As far as the S3 goes the external card holders is all i was able to find but it seems that if you have an S4 you would have few more options
