Discover it® Balance Transfer
Capital One® Quicksilver
Wells Fargo Platinum Visa®
BankAmericard® credit card
Chase Freedom Unlimited®
U.S. Bank Visa® Platinum Card
Chase Freedom®
Barclaycard Ring® Mastercard®
HSBC Gold Mastercard® credit card
Citi Simplicity® Card
Be careful when you view BT offers......
Cards that offer Balance Transfers usually have one of 2 choices:
#1 - 0% APR for X amount of time with a 2-4% transfer fee ...or
#2 - Low APR like 4.99% with 0 transfer fee
But it's highly unlikely you find a card with both. You will have to choose one option.

Not really. No fee BT cards are very common at credit unions, for example the NFCU Platinum has no fee and 0% for 12 months.
The problem is that OP is in the process of being balance chased which means getting a BT card is going to be a tough job. Best thing I can recommend it find a local CU, look for a card that has 0% and no fee on BTs and then go in to a branch and explain the situation and see what they can do because credit unions are the most likely to bail someone out of a credit crisis with fair terms.

These both have fees when I check, the Chase Slate card doesn't.
@Taurus22, there are actually a fair number that have both.
I found recently that Amex limits BTs to $5000 per card no matter what your CL is, so that can limit the ED usefulness if you need to BT a lot of money without getting lots of cards.
