Do you have a Public Savings secured Credit Card ? If so how fast did your credit score go up a month after using it monthly?

We applied for one and it will be sent out in the mail tomorrow march 25, I'm super excited, I can't wait to start building up our credit to buy a house we are 60 points shy of buying a house... Our lender said a secured card will be great to boost up our credit score... So does anyone have a public savings card?

We are currently having two car loans report on time on our credit report, medical bills reporting on time..

Utah, there isn't enough information in your post for us to give you any sort of idea.  In fact, even with more info, we cannot tell you anything certain.

What info is in your credit profile?  Is this your only credit card?  I'm assuming that's a typo, and this is a secured card.  Where is your score now?  Do you have any negative info on your credit reports?  Etc.

Do not expect to get 60 points in any short time period from a new card.  In fact, you may notice when the card first reports that it hurts your score at first, but that will quickly subside.

There is no such formula, it depends on the rest of your credit. You might even lose some point initially coz of loss of AAoA
