Does Ulta/Express/VS upgrade to MasterCard

I’ve had the Ulta, Express, and Victoria Secret store cards since about 2015. I’ve managed to get most of the credit lines at $3,000.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get these cards “upgraded” to the MasterCard version, without a hard pull?

When I phoned Comenity about my HSN acct. 5 or so months ago she told me in order to get one of their mc/visa I'd have to reapply. All accts. are not treated the same imo but I think for you it would be worth a phone call to see. Maybe two phone calls if you don't think the first CSR knows for a fact.

Ulta has a MasterCard version, but I don't believe VS or Express do.
