Does WFFNB allow product change?

I am wondering if WFFNB would allow the product change for their cards. What is the best credit card that is offered by WFFNB. Not the store cards. I am talking about Visa or MC from WFFNB.

They used to offer a "My World MasterCard".   Apparently you can not apply for it anymore.

This is the card I have and want to see if I can change it to a better card offered them. I cancelled Ann Taylor Master Card and Sportsmans Guide Visa.
