Does discover/ cap one/ Amex report monthly?

Hi all. I was just wondering if discover/ cap one/ Amex report to CA monthly?

My utilization has changed dramatically and I also have a CLI that isn't reflected yet(dis). I want a new card but really want to make sure I app when these changes are reflected. I have been pulling my CR but haven't saw changes yet. I assume 4-6 weeks but just wanted to get some input.

Also I have been in the garden 1 year! In a week!

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Did someone mention that AMEX seems to be lagging on reporting to Equifax?

Also, does cap one report monthly if there is no activity on the card.

I forget Cap One and Amex no activity reporting rules.

Discover took me letting a statement balance post, before a CLI was reported, YMMV.

There's another thread recently indicating that Cap1 hasn't updated recently for anyone. The balance they are reporting for me was from 2 statements ago.

For me CapOne is updating monthly. Last time got updated in July.

Also understand that there is no law stating that they must report monthly...just that whenever they do report it must be accurate...
