Look at the email that they sent me. I'm all excited thinking it's a soft pull offer for a CLI. And look at what it is:

I also started out at a $300 limit in Jan 2013. I have managed to get it to $3000 thus far.
So it is possible for it to grow. And yes, I get these troll emails as well lol

I have had it for years without an increase. I do have two old lates reporting though. Do you get auto CLI or do you get them with HP?

Who do they pull? Tu?
I hear EX or EQ.
They pull EQ in GA.
LOL,I have the BB store card version, they must send me 3 emails a week for financing deals (gets annoying). I am thankful for my decent 1000 SL which is enough for just about anything reasonable in that store. I have to say it's one of the more useful store cards out there with the financing deals they have and all of the electronics that need replacing far too often. If you can stomach the HP use it responsibly and get that baby up to around 1k and its a useful card to have!
OP: I've enough of those to never think that it's a CLI offer. LOL.
