Easiest cards to get after Hooters,Carnival

So I have Hooters2k,Amex Delta1k,Carnival$500, my question is where do I go from here? I am not applying for anything now but I am trying to plan out my strategy. Any cards that anyone can recommend for getting approved would be great. I am expecting scores from 650-670. Thanks

It seems a good plan would be to keep util at 1-9%, PIF every month and apply for the next card in 2010.
