The lady just called me back telling me my requests got approved, i already knew it tou she told me i can contacted anytime, but it doesnt guarantee and approval... Ill contact them on 6 more months

Congrats! I emailed them today but I did not include the last 4 digits of my account number I hope that they will still give me a call back.

I included the last 4 digits but he still asked for the entire acct# when he called.  If they can't find you (I'm sure they will) they will ask.

My husband canceled his Cap 1 and I was considering the same because we've been stuck at the same low limit for 5+ years. I would really like to give this a shot first though.
