Tried the Citi site for the Thank You, but keeps saying system error, try back later.  Oh well.

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

You don't want to use the site to apply as it is/was branch only, and they don't have the offer details.  IMO (and therefore in actual fact) the plain TY and TYP cards are not particularly good cards, many cards with better rewards. 
Except in the case that  you have a Forward and get the TYPref to upgrade your points
