Saw a thread here about approval for CLI via luv button. Tried it myself, got a $500 bump to $1250.Not much, but this has been stuck at 750 for years. EO must have gotten weary of all the CLI requests.
I did the other day... no go
Congrats
I tried it last week, 7-10 day letter with account not eligible response.
Now, I just did my GF's and hers was approved too. 500 for both of us. I think they just turned it on recently.
Are these softs pulls?
What about the guy that got 7-10 day response, is that a hard pull?

Mines was an SP and I had the 7-10 day message.
Wow, thank you!
I had to search for the link, and Cap1 bumped my Platinum card from $1,000 to $1,500. For whatever reason they wont let me request a CLI for my 2nd Cap1 card, but I'm planning on closing that account anyway.
That makes 3 CLI since today and yesterday... lol, hopefully all SP. I need to get back in the garden, squirels keep tearing things apart.
I tried it for two accounts and I got the 7-10 day message. I've tried before, because my oldest account is 9 years old and I'm at $500. I've kept track of my credit and feel that I am credit worthy. They may not see it the same way though. Can someone send me the EO info please? I want to e-mail them after I get my denial letters.
If you have online access to your account, you can check under Statements/Documents to see if the letter is there explaining the reason for the denial if denied.
I tried it but no dice. They are upset that I never use the card, but why should I? It doesn't offer rewards and I get better interest rates and higher limits on other cards. Capital One just chose not to build a business relationship with me as my credit scores improved and that's their choice. There are plenty of other companies that would like my business.
