FCRA violation?

hi, I have a Capital One account that had fraud charges on it and capital one refused to take them off even after i sent them back their paperwork.  This happened Feb. 2002, they have marked the account as a Charge off but keep adding fees and increasing the balance owed.  However, my question is under FCRA they have reported (per MyFico.com credit report) for the last 24 months that I have 13 "ok" (currently paid as agreed) and 11 "co"(collection) under recent payment history.  The 11 months run July 2006-May 2007, then it shows "ok" for June and July 07.  Needless to say they have not seen a payment from me since Feb. 2002, so are they in violation 13 times in the last 24 months?
thanks

Re: FCRA violation?

Did you file a police report at the time? You might wanna consider talking with a consumer lawyer.
