FICO score needed for ANY Navy Fedral Card???????????

For those who get the 5k-10k CL, do you have high incomes? My scores are almost 700 but my income is not that high (unless I include my fiancé, not sure I can do that lol)

But I'm wondering what my limit will be if my scores are ok but my income isn't that great.

My experience,

In September of 2012, I opened a checking/savings/nRewards secured CC.

In December 2012, I app'd for the cashRewards and woke up to the text message that I had been approved with a $3k CL. This was with a 598 EQ score.

In March 2013, I asked for a CL increase and it was declined and honestly, I think I asked for to much.

In April 2013, I asked for a $1k CL increase and took a HP for it.

Last week, I started playing with the luv button and did 4 $500 CL increase requests, all approved. A couple of forum users kept taunting me to ask for a larger amount,citing that the system would counter if I asked for to much.

On the last pull, I asked for $17k and it was countered with $10k. All of these were instant.

My income is $90k.
