It may not be up to you as far as FNBO goes. They're picky to a fault. They declined my mother's application with 815 EX FICO and 2 inquiries (other than theirs)

I haven't messed with trying to get a card from them, honestly because like Citi, I know i'll be declined for inquiries. Even though they've sent a pre-approval to the wife and I both.
